The tour was interesting, and when it was over we set out for a restaurant Tracy had chosen. It was a place that had a movie vibe about it. There was a picture of Ursula Andress (from Dr. No) hanging in my stall(toilet). In Tracy's stall was a recruitment poster with Darth Vader on it, instead of Uncle Sam (so I'm told).

Weta Cave and Mt. Victoria
We had a rough go of it, trying to navigate the streets of Wellington. Their roads are somewhat narrow at best, and even narrower as you wind your way around the outskirts. We were determined to get a view of Wellington from the top of Mt. Victoria, but getting there proved quite the challenge. We had to cut our excursion short as we had a tour at the Weta Workshop at 12:00 PM (that's noon for any one that is not sure of the intricacies of time travel).
We finally made it to the top of Mt. Victoria and I'll let the pictures of the day speak for themselves. At the top we met an Aussie woman, living in New Zealand for a year, who had us spellbound with stories of the South Island, which we're going to next.
